CHINGRI BHAPA.

                  CHINGRI BHAPA 
Chingri bhapa is a traditional Bengali recipe. It  has a mild taste of coconut and the sharpness of mustard seeds and mustard oil, which is perfect for a "# Sunday Brunch" .
Bengalis love it with hot steaming rice , and some crushed green chillies.
 Incase you're wondering what is " Chingri" ? , They are prawns.


INGREDIENTS:

 1)   prawns.( Cleaned)
 2).  Coconut 
 3). Green chillies.
 4) turmeric powder
  5) mustard oil
  6) mustard seeds.

METHOD:
Heat up a pan and slightly satay the prawns for just 2 minutes, and take them out of the pan.

Take the mustard seeds ( sorshe) and soak them in water for atleast 2 hours. 
In a mixer grinder take the soaked mustard seeds , 2- 3 green chillies , diced coconut and grind it into a fine paste. Take out the paste into a Bowl and add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and add salt according to your taste , and add 2 tablespoons of beaten yoghurt, and mix it well, and 2 tablespoons of mustard oil.
Heat up a pan and add 1/2 tablespoons of mustard oil and add the prepared mixture into it.
Cook it for only 2 minutes , then quickly add the prawns , and cook them only for again 2 minutes.
   
      Your CHINGRI BHAPA is ready ,          serve it with hot steaming rice.
