FATHER'S BIRTHDAY SPECIAL CAKE.
on 23th January, was my father's birthday , so I made this special chocolate cake. This chocolate cake has choco chips inside the layers of the cake. I topped it with some homemade chocolates which I'm going to put a recipe for you all. So let's get started. INGREDIENTS:- For the batter 1. Maida ( 2 cups) 2. Powdered sugar ( 2cup) 3. Melted butter ( 2 cup) 4. 2 eggs 5. ½ teaspoon of baking soda 6. ½ teaspoon of baking powder 7. 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 8. 1 cups of milk 9. 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder For the ganache 1. Dark chocolate (1cup) 2. Milk chocolate compound ( ½ cup) 3. 2 cups of milk 4. 3 tablespoons of sugar. Method:- For the batter, wisk two eggs and 2 cups of sugar , till the sugar gets dissolved nicely. Add ½ cup of melted butter and wisk it nicely. Now add 2 cups of maida and ½ teaspoon of baking soda and baking powder in a Sifter and sift them , and add the dry mixture in small batches, and mix it well with the wet ingredients. Now ad
