by Ripshita Singh Biryani , whether it is chicken , Mutton, or egg , Biryani is the most loved dishes of all time. In restaurants, Biryanis are the most eaten dishes. Biryani varies from state to state . In Kolkata they have potato in their Biryanis.and Bengalis just cannot imagine their biryanis without potatoes!!  In Delhi or collectively, in North India they have tandoori chicken in it and some Barista , but without potatoes. In the south , people love their biryanis with Salam.and the most famous and most loved Biryani, which is Hyderabadi Biryani, which is popular in Hyderabad. So today I will be making chicken Biryani ( Kolkata style).
