Homemade chocolates
These are homemade chocolates , and if you love chocolates then I'm sure you're going to love this recipe.
You can make these chocolates using only 200 rupees!
Everyone loves chocolate , so if you want to try this brand new recipe in my blog then just follow these simple steps.
Without getting further ado let's get started.
You need to have 3 basic things which are very important
1. Dark compound chocolate
2. Milk compound chocolate
3. Chocolate setting mould ( any shape of your choice)
The dark and milk compounds are very cheap , try to get those morde brand chocolates.
1. Dark chocolate compound - 85 ( 400g)rupees
2. Milk chocolate compound- 125(400g)
PROCEDURE:-
In a double boiler ( if you don't know how to make a double boiler then it's very simple , take 2 bowls one large and other one a little small.
Add some water in the large bowl and heat it place the smaller bowl on top of it.)
Add the dark and milk chocolate compounds and melt them on a low flame, don't add milk otherwise your chocolate won't set.
Melt them and if you want to add dry fruits you can add otherwise you can keep it simple.
After the compounds have melted don't let it cool! Take your piping bag or you can use a spoon and pour the melted compound in the chocolate moulds.
And keep it in the refrigerator until it sets and your chocolates are ready.
