HYDERABADI CHICKEN
By Ripshita Singh.Today's recipe is a mughlai recipe.
It is cooked with fried onions , dahi and spices . It is spiciest blend of different masalas and the coolness of mint, which can be teamed up with some laccha parathas, tandoori rotis and rice.
 Let's get started!!

Ingredients:-
1) chicken
2) dahi
3) red chilli powder
4) corriander powder
5) jeera powder
6) salt to taste.
7) onions
8) ginger garlic paste
9) mint leaves
10)Green chillies ( optional).

Method:-
Slice the onions and fry them until light brown.
In bowl take chicken and add salt , according to your paste.( Remember if you're suffering from hyperthyroidism then add as less salt you can. And if you're a hypothyroidism patient then add a little bit of salt extra to your diet.)
And then add the fried onions , crushed mint leaves all the masalas , ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and mix it well!
Keep the chicken for marination for about 1 to 2 hours.
In a kadai add some oil and temper it with bay leaves, cinnamon stick, cardamom.
Add the marinated chicken and cook it until the oil separates from the mixture.
If you want your curry to be thick then add water according to your need.
And your Hyderabadi chicken will be ready.
