Part 1 - Pure Veg Pulao
The recipes are quite simple and very easy. In this part " PART 1" I will be sharing a recipe of pure veg pulao. Which you can eat with aloo dum.
LET'S GET STARTED!!

INGREDIENTS:
1) Rice ( any rice of your choice , you can use basmati , baskati , and even gobindobhog rice)
2) French beans
3) Carrots
4) oil ( use any oil except mustard oil, because we don't want that yellowish tint on the rice.)
5) cardamom
6) cloves
7) bay leaves
8) cinnamon stick
9) salt
10) sugar

METHOD:
Cut the carrats in small squares, and beans into small pieces.
Boil the rice 80% and strain it, and keep it aside.
Heat the kadai and add oil , temper the oil with 1 bay leave , 3 - 4 cloves, 3- 4 cardamom, and 1 cinnamon stick. Add the carrots first and cook them until soft , then add the beans and salt and sugar.according to your taste and cook the vegetables until they are nice and soft. Add rice and mix it gently.
Cover it with the lid and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Your pure veg pulao is ready , if you want you can even add raisins and cashew nuts when cooking the vegetables .
Serve it hot and enjoy this Diwali.
