SABUDANA VADA

today I'm going to share a very healthy recipe, which you can eat during fasting.
Let's get started!

INGREDIENTS:-
1. 1cup of SABUDANA
2. 2 boiled potatoes
3. Chopped  green chillies
4. chopped corriander leaves
5. Red chilli powder
6. Roasted peanuts
7.salt
8. Roasted cumin powder.

    METHOD:-
Soak 1 cup of SABUDANA in 1 cup of water overnight.
After the Sabudanas are nice and soft, strain them.
Keep them aside. Mash the potatoes and add 2 ½teaspoons of red chilli powder, add salt according to your taste , add 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder , and mix them well. Add the soft Sabudanas and mix them well. take a little portion from the mixture and give it a nice round shape. Repeat this , until all Sabudanas are done giving shape .
Take a pan and add little bit oil. And shallow fry the SABUDANA Vadas.
  That's it! The Vadas are ready now to serve them with green mint chutney.
