BHOLA MACHER JHAL.

This traditional Bengali recipe is from my grandmother, who is also a typical Bengali.in this recipe Bhola machh or ( Asian sea bass ) is cooked with a in a Puree of tomato ,onions and with a blend of spices. So let's get started. INGREDIENTS:-( serving 2) 1. 1 medium sized onion. 2. 1 medium sized tomato 3. ginger ( small piece) 4. green chillies 5. Salt 6. Turmeric powder 7. Red chilli powder 8. Kashmiri red chilli powder ( for that nice red colour) 9. Kalo jeere ( black cumin) 20. Mustard oil. ----------------------------------------------------------- METHOD:- At first marinate the fish with salt according to your taste and 1/2 tablespoons of turmeric powder. Keep it aside. Then in a mixer grinder take 1medium sized onion and 1medium sized tomato , 4 slices of Ginger, 2 or 3 green chillies,and blend them to get a fine Puree .                chilli chicken, is an authentic Chinese recipe, made with crispy fried chicken, and vegetables tossed with sauces. You can eat it with fried rice, and Hakka noodles . Let's get started!!. ------------------------------------------ INGREDIENTS:- For the crispy chicken. 1) boneless chicken (300g) 2) 1 egg 3) 1 cup maida ( all purpose flour) 4)  cornstarch 1/2 cup 5) oil , 4 tablespoons  6)  red chilli powder 7) ginger garlic paste 8) salt 9) tomato ketchup 10) soya sauce 11) chilli sauce ( or green chilli paste) VEGETABLES:- 1) Onions 2) garlic cloves 3) green capsicums ( you can use yellow and red capsicum as well) 4) spring onion. FOR THE CURRY:- 1) Tomato ketchup 2) soya sauce 3) slurry 4) green chilli sauce 5) 1 cup water. ------------------------------------------ METHOD:- For marination of the chicken, cut 300g of  boneless pieces,and add some salt according to your taste, add 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 1 -1/2  tablespoons of soya sauce, 1/2 tab

                     VEG PASTA This veg pasta is very healthy and you can have it at any time, whether it is breakfast, lunch , or dinner .  So let's get started. Ingredients:- 1) macaroni of any shape 2) Butter 3) beans 4) capsicums 5) carrots 6) broccoli 7) salt  8) garlic 9) tomato sauce Method:- Boil the pastas until softened. Crush and chop the garlic. Cut the vegetables into small dices.  In a hot pan add 1 tablespoonof butter and add the garlic, Satay the garlic until light brown, now add the chopped vegetables, and salt according to your taste and cook them until soft. Cook them for approx 15 minutes, and then add the soft pastas,and tomato sauce satay lightly for again 5- 6 minutes. CHICKEN TENDERS

              CHICKEN TENDERS Chicken tenders is an evening snack which you can have it with tea or coffee , or simply any juice, or soft drinks. This is made using thin slices of chicken breasts, marinated with a mild sauce mixture, coated with bread crumbs and deep fried. So let's get started. INGREDIENTS: 1. Boneless chicken breasts. 2. red chilli sauce 3. ginger garlic paste 4. Red chilli powder 5. Salt 6. Bread crumbs 7. One egg 8. Butter milk METHOD :- Cut the chicken breasts Into thin slices and soak them in butter milk for half an hour.  For the marination take some red chilli sauce , ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, red chilli powder and mix them well . After half an hour take the chicken pieces , and marinate well with that marination and keep it aside for again 15 minutes. After 15 minutes coat them with bread crumbs one by one, refrigerate it for 15 minutes and then deep fry them in medium hot oil  . And that's it your chicken tenders are ready. Enjoy

HYDERABADI CHICKEN By Ripshita Singh. Today's recipe is a mughlai recipe. It is cooked with fried onions , dahi and spices . It is spiciest blend of different masalas and the coolness of mint, which can be teamed up with some laccha parathas, tandoori rotis and rice.   Let's get started!! Ingredients:- 1) chicken 2) dahi 3) red chilli powder 4) corriander powder 5) jeera powder 6) salt to taste. 7) onions 8) ginger garlic paste 9) mint leaves 10)Green chillies ( optional). Method:- Slice the onions and fry them until light brown. In bowl take chicken and add salt , according to your paste.( Remember if you're suffering from hyperthyroidism then add as less salt you can. And if you're a hypothyroidism patient then add a little bit of salt extra to your diet.) And then add the fried onions , crushed mint leaves all the masalas , ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and mix it well! Keep the chicken for marination for about 1 to 2 hours. VEG MAYONNAISE SANDWICH By Ripshita Singh. sandwich is a wonderful snack , whether it is tea time, breakfast 😅 , any ways let's get started. INGREDIENTS:- 1) brown bread 2) MAYONNAISE 3) capsicums ( green, yellow, red)or carrots you can use. 4) butter METHOD:- Cut the vegetables but , grate the carrots and add mayonnaise into them and mix it well. Take the bread and apply some butter on it. Spread the vegetable mixture on the bread and toast it in a toaster , or you can use a pan also. And that's it your breakfast , or evening snack is ready.
