CHICKEN TENDERS

              CHICKEN TENDERSChicken tenders is an evening snack which you can have it with tea or coffee , or simply any juice, or soft drinks. This is made using thin slices of chicken breasts, marinated with a mild sauce mixture, coated with bread crumbs and deep fried.
So let's get started.

INGREDIENTS:
1. Boneless chicken breasts.
2. red chilli sauce
3. ginger garlic paste
4. Red chilli powder
5. Salt
6. Bread crumbs
7. One egg
8. Butter milk
METHOD :-
Cut the chicken breasts Into thin slices and soak them in butter milk for half an hour. 
For the marination take some red chilli sauce , ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, red chilli powder and mix them well . After half an hour take the chicken pieces , and marinate well with that marination and keep it aside for again 15 minutes. After 15 minutes coat them with bread crumbs one by one, refrigerate it for 15 minutes and then deep fry them in medium hot oil  . And that's it your chicken tenders are ready.
