TAWA CHICKEN PIZZA

Hello people! Today I'll be sharing another amazing recipe with you all. Pizzas are usually made in oven but today I will be teaching you how to make them without oven ! We will make it on the tawa. Let's get started. INGREDIENTS:- 1. Maida ( all purpose flour) 2. Refined oil / butter 3. Yeast 4. Sugar 5. Warm water 6. Salt 7. Chicken ( cut into small pieces) 8. Bell pepper 9. Onions 10. Tomatoes 11. Garlic 12. Red chilli powder 13. Kashmiri red chilli powder 14. Soya sauce 15. Green chilli sauce 16. Processed cheese 17. Mozzarella cheese ( optional ) I divided this process into mainly 3 sections:- 1. Making the pizza dough 2. Making the pizza sauce 3. Assembling. PROCEDURE:- Pizza dough Take Luke warm water and add ½ tablespoon of yeast and ½ tablespoon of sugar, and keep it aside for 15 minutes . After 15 minutes add this mixture to 300g of maida ( all-purpose flour), Add 2 tablespoons of oil or melted butter and knead the dough . ---------------------------------

Hello people! These are homemade chocolates , and if you love chocolates then I'm sure you're going to love this recipe.  You can make these chocolates using only 200 rupees! Everyone loves chocolate , so if you want to try this brand new recipe in my blog then just follow these simple steps. Without  getting further ado let's get started. You need to have 3 basic things which are very important 1. Dark compound chocolate 2. Milk compound chocolate 3. Chocolate setting mould ( any shape of your choice) The dark and milk compounds are very cheap , try to get those morde brand chocolates. 1. Dark chocolate compound - 85 ( 400g)rupees 2. Today I will be sharing with you all Kolkata special chicken Biryani. It obviously has potatoes in it. I made this delicious Chicken Biryani on my father's birthday. So let's get started. INGREDIENTS:- 1. Basmati rice ( 500g) 2. Onions ( 200g)  3. Tomato ( 100g) if they are sour then make sure that you deseed them, otherwise the curry will taste sour. 4. Ginger ( 1 tablespoon) 5. Garlic (½ tablespoons) 6. Salt  7. Rose water 1 tablespoon 8. Kewra water 1 tablespoon 9. Milk ( ½ cup) 10. Chicken ( 500g) 11. Potatoes ( 500g) 12. Turmeric powder 13. Orange food colour 14. FATHER'S BIRTHDAY SPECIAL CAKE.

on 23th January, was my father's birthday , so I made this special chocolate cake. This chocolate cake has choco chips inside the layers of the cake. I topped it with some homemade chocolates which I'm going to put a recipe for you all.  So let's get started. INGREDIENTS:- For the batter 1. Maida ( 2 cups) 2. Powdered sugar ( 2cup) 3. Melted butter ( 2 cup) 4. 2 eggs 5. ½ teaspoon of baking soda 6. ½ teaspoon of baking powder 7. 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 8. 1 cups of milk 9. 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder For the ganache 1. Dark chocolate (1cup) 2. Milk chocolate compound ( ½ cup) 3. 2 cups of milk 4. 3 tablespoons of sugar. Method:- For the batter, wisk two eggs and 2 cups of sugar , till the sugar gets dissolved nicely. Add ½ cup of melted butter and wisk it nicely. MUTTON KASHA

Mutton kasha or Mutton curry with a thick gravy is always best for a Sunday brunch. It has a beautiful , engaging , spicy taste. For Bengali families, Mutton curry or mutton recipes are very appreciated, and they are always cooked on Sundays.        Today , I will be sharing, the most loved , the most eaten recipe in Bengal , that is Mutton kasha, or simply mutton curry, but with a thick gravy. In my older Blog I've also shared a mutton curry. Which had a thin Curry, which is also popular in Bengal, mostly they add potatoes, but in this mutton curry which has a thick gravy, will not have potatoes. So without wasting anytime , let get started! SABUDANA VADA

By Ripshita Singh, KOLKATA. today I'm going to share a very healthy recipe, which you can eat during fasting. Let's get started! INGREDIENTS:- 1. 1cup of SABUDANA 2. 2 boiled potatoes 3. Chopped  green chillies 4. chopped corriander leaves 5. Red chilli powder 6. Roasted peanuts 7.salt 8. Roasted cumin powder.     METHOD:- Soak 1 cup of SABUDANA in 1 cup of water overnight. After the Sabudanas are nice and soft, strain them. Keep them aside. Mash the potatoes and add 2 ½teaspoons of red chilli powder, add salt according to your taste , add 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder , and mix them well. Add the soft Sabudanas and mix them well. take a little portion from the mixture and give it a nice round shape. Repeat this , until all Sabudanas are done giving shape . Take a pan and add little bit oil. And shallow fry the SABUDANA Vadas.   That's it! The Vadas are ready now to serve them with green mint chutney. --------------------------------------------------------

VEGETABLE EGG CHOW MEIN

INGREDIENTS:- 1. NOODLES 2. CAPSICUM 3. CARROTS 4. ONIONS 5. SPRING ONIONS ( Green and white part separated) 6.GARLIC CRUSHED 7. TOMATO SAUCE 8. SALT 9. RED CHILLI POWDER ( Optional). METHOD:- The garlic should be finely chopped, and the vegetables should be finely chopped. Add 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and add the chopped garlic and onions and Satay them lightly. And add the chopped vegetables and let them soften. Add salt according to your taste. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and let it quick for 5 minutes. Add the boiled noodles, here I've used atta noodles because it's healthy than the regular noodles. You can use any types of noodles of your choice and toss them gently , check the salt.
