VEGETABLE EGG CHOW MEIN
INGREDIENTS:-
1. NOODLES
2. CAPSICUM
3. CARROTS
4. ONIONS
5. SPRING ONIONS ( Green and white part separated)
6.GARLIC CRUSHED
7. TOMATO SAUCE
8. SALT
9. RED CHILLI POWDER ( Optional).
METHOD:-
The garlic should be finely chopped, and the vegetables should be finely chopped. Add 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and add the chopped garlic and onions and Satay them lightly. And add the chopped vegetables and let them soften. Add salt according to your taste. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and let it quick for 5 minutes. Add the boiled noodles, here I've used atta noodles because it's healthy than the regular noodles. You can use any types of noodles of your choice and toss them gently , check the salt.
And noodles are ready.
